Company Profile


In 1886, the Zembrodt family began their involvement in the transportation industry in Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky. In 1937, Cyril Zembrodt started his career in trucking. Since 1969, his three sons, Joe, Jerry, and John have joined him to build and achieve the best possible trucking and warehousing services available.

Today, AC Trucking & Warehousing Co., Inc. owns and operates a fleet consisting of 40 tractors and 150 specialized 53' high cube dry vans. The company owns and operates 725,000 sq. ft. of modern warehouse space in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH, along with 100,000 sq. ft. of space in Covington and Carrollton, KY. We can also provide logistics/brokerage capabilities to our customers, if needed, through our logistic services which maintains a broad base of carriers.

Utilizing a combination of both company drivers and owner/operators, we have been able to maintain a team of highly professional and dedicated drivers who view themselves as an extension of the companies we do business with by being neat, courteous and on time.
